You don't have go to extreme,Nicky Hilton looks fab in this lil leather number its less harsh because of the very cute flare at the end but is still got that saucy appeal with the high collar and slick ponytail

Use Bondage tape and wrap around your legs with High shoes...Looks almost like PVC socks and gives an edgy feel to your outfit,or try with ankle boots!
